As one of our Fine Arts dance instructors for many years, Janice Smith holds an advanced performance and teaching degree from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance, London England, including a certificate in applied anatomy and physiology for dance. She received a fellowship to complete the Enrico Cecchetti Final Diploma. Janice is a certified Pilates instructor in Mat work and all equipment. She has also attended Yoga Fit training. Janice is a Resist-a-Ball core trainer and a certified personal trainer through both A.C.E. and A.F.A.A. Janice has completed training in Active Isolated Stretching and is a licensed instructor of both Gyrotonic and Gyrokenisis.
